Both of my kiddos experienced a first this week.
Jackson had his first day of preschool for the 2014/2015 school year on Tuesday (September 2nd). He is in the Sunshine Class this year with Miss Becky and Miss Mary. He had a fun first day and hopefully he has a great school year!
Then yesterday evening (September 3rd) I gave Avery her first taste of Rice Cereal. She wasn't sure if she liked it at first, but after a few bites and getting the hang of eating off a spoon, she really enjoyed it. She was a mess afterwards, of course, but I'm so happy she liked it. She ended up eating the whole bowl and would get excited when she knew she was getting another bite. :-)

Jackson looks so excited for school! Rosen started preschool on the same day, and so far is loving it.
I'm glad Avery enjoyed rice cereal. Neither of my kids were fans of it, but it made for some great yucky expressions. Also, I gotta say, Avery has some amazing cheeks! She looks so kissable!
