5 on Friday + Baby Names and Nursery Themes Round 2

Yay for Friday and yay for 5 on Friday!

One
I'm so happy to have a 4 day weekend coming up!! I hope to get a lot accomplished with my 2 extra days off. The house needs cleaned, the dogs need groomed, I need to take a trip to the dry cleaners and I need to do some shopping for Jackson's 2nd Birthday Party!

Two
Speaking of Jackson's 2nd Birthday Party, planning is in full swing. :-) I just love planning parties. It is so much fun. As I said in a previous post, we are doing a "Little Blue Truck" theme this year. I've got his invitations made and ready to send out this weekend, color sheets printed for the kids, some fun kids games picked out, I've ordered the printable cupcake toppers and have the menu planned for the most part. Lots of shopping still needs to be done though and some crafting too. Hoping to get to some of that this weekend.

Three
I can't believe my baby boy will be 2 in less than 2 weeks.
How did he go from this tiny baby...

to this full blown toddler so quickly?

Four
I've been baby name brainstorming and I think I have a few front runners. Nothing is set in stone yet, but here are some of my favorites:
Weston, Wyatt, and Winston. (I'm really liking the "W" names this time around.) I think Weston Jacob is our front runner at this point. (Jacob after my husband)

If we have a girl, my favorite is Lilly Rose (named after 2 of my great grandmothers, however, Jake isn't a fan), so a few alternatives that I like are Lyla, Harper, Avery, Hadley and Olivia. He's not said he likes any of these other than Lyla. So our front runner right now is Lyla Rose or Lyla Ashlee (Ashlee, after my sister).
So like I said, nothing is set in stone yet, but I really like all of these names.

Five
I've been searching on Pinterest for some nursery ideas and here are a few I like so far.

And for a girl:

I hope you all have a GREAT weekend!

I love all of the bright rooms! I am partial to Harper for a girl for obvious reasons ;) Do you have a feeling about the sex at all?

I (clearly) love the name Avery. It makes so many great nicknames Ava Avie, and Avers!!!!!! I like the boys names too, all of them!

That birthday theme is so fun... Is Jillian doing the invitations and printables for you (her son, Anthony, had that bday party shown in the photos)? Precious!!

And I can't believe your sweet boy is about to be 2. It happens all too fast!

Such great names you guys have picked out ... I love Weston & Olivia. Isn't picking a name crazy hard?!

Happy weekend, friend!

Picking names can be so difficult!
We tossed around the name Weston and Wyatt when picking names. So, obviously I love those. :)
And Harper was one of my first girl picks. However, Scott and I could not decide on ANY girl names. Good luck!!

LOVED that first boys room, and the second to last girls room. Nursery decorating is such fun!

Awww - I got chills thinking of naming a little girl after your sis. How sweet.

For what it's worth - I think Hadley is an AWESOME name. (I do like all your choices, btw).

I love the baby names you guys are thinking about! We're still narrowing it down. Hopefully we'll decide on one before our little guy arrives!
