Today is the first day of Spring and its 30 degrees here in St. Louis! :-( I can't tell you how ready I am for Spring weather. This has got to be the longest winter ever, or at least it seems like it. Tomorrow they're saying it could snow. I'm starting to feel a little antsy and so jealous of all of you who live in the south where its warm.
This past Friday we had a few hours in the afternoon/evening where it got into the low 70's. It was amazing and far too short lived. You know your in St. Louis when the weather forecast for one day is 37 for the low and 73 for the high. Then Sunday... it snowed! What the heck?!
You better believe that for those few short hours Friday evening, we took every advantage possible and got outside and enjoyed the little teaser that Spring decided to give us. We put Jackson in his wagon and walked up to the park to play. We took Libby along as well. We had a great time and it was so wonderful to get outside with Jackson. I'm definitely looking forward to many more evenings like this (hopefully in the near future).
Look at that crazy hair of his. LOL. He got a haircut the next evening. ☺
Someone got awfully sleepy on the wagon ride home. He was ready for bed by 8 that night. ☺

Love these pics and I am SO OVER this cold weather girl - I want warmth and baseball.
So cute! I am incredibly ready for spring. It's SO cold here today! I'm sitting in my office wearing my winter coat and downing coffee just to stay warm. Come on spring!
I could just eat him up! And I say it every time, but his EYE! They are so BLUE! Love them.
Did the slide make his hair stand up because of the static? Sometimes I put Little Man down the slide just to see his hair go crazy. :)
Sending some SoCal sun your way in hopes Mother Nature gets the hint it's Spring already!
Aww I love all these photos! Looks like you guys had a great time! I'm glad you got to enjoy a little bit of warm weather. Hope you get more soon!
That's our Tuesday afternoon park! I can't wait until we can go there again. We got so desperate that we went to the park this week and played until we couldn't feel our hands anymore.
