Top Ten Tuesday - 10 of Our Favorite Baby Items

Its been a while since I participated in Top Ten Tuesday, so I thought I would link up today and tell you ten baby items that have come in handy with Jackson these past 6 months.

These are in no specific order.

1.) Fisher Price Rock and Play Sleeper
Jackson loved this little bed and slept in it (and still does on occasion) every night for the first few months. We had originally bought a bassinet that he never would really sleep in. Then a friend's baby outgrew their Rock and Play Sleeper, so they let us borrow it and it made a world of difference. I think he really liked how it snuggled him, rather than the flat surface of a bassinet or crib. I also liked that it kept his head elevated for when he was congested or had an ear infection. I would highly recommend this little sleeper to every new parent!

2.) Evenflo - ExerSaucer Activity Center, Mega Splash
Jackson loves this exersaucer. It has lots of fun toys attached and the price is really reasonable.

3.) Enfamil AR Formula
Of course, I think a mother's breast milk is the best formula for your baby, but if you're like me and didn't have enough milk to give your baby, store bought formula is the next step. Jackson has pretty bad infant reflux and after trying pretty much all the different formulas out there and even putting him on Zantac, nothing really seemed to help. As a last resort I tried Enfamil AR. (I say last resort because I had read some reviews that it caused constipation in some babies and was a little worried it would do the same for Jackson) I can't say enough good things about this formula!! It has cut down on Jackson's spit up tremendously. He no longer has to take the Zantac and even though he does still spit up on occasion, its no where near the amount it was or as often. He's also never been constipated on this formula. So all I can say is I wish I would have tried it sooner!!

4.) Nuk brand bottles and binkies
Jackson took really well to the Nuk brand of binkies and bottles. I chose to go with them because they were reasonably priced and they are the #1 selling brand in the United States. They've been around for over 50 years and they promote proper teeth alignment.

5.)  Bright Starts Comfort and Harmony Portable Swing
Jackson loves this swing. He's beginning to get too big for it so we don't use it as much anymore, but there for a while he loved this swing and we loved it too because we could get a few things done around the house while he was in it.

6.) Boppy Pillow
This pillow is a must have for nursing mom's and is also great for laying your baby in during playtime. It also helps support them when they're learning to sit up. We still use it for Jackson, but not as much anymore that he can sit up on his own.

7.) Swaddle Me Blanket
Jackson is too big to be swaddled now, but for the first few months he loved to be swaddled. The tighter the better. These blankets are great because they get the baby swaddled nice and tight.

8.) Graco Travel System
We have been really pleased with our Graco Travel System. It is great because the car seat fits right on the stroller. Its easy to use and got great reviews.

9.) Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair
This high chair is perfect for a small kitchen/dining room. Its also very easy to unhook from the chair if you want to use the actual chair rather than the highchair. It comes in an assortment of colors and it also reclines!

10.) Baby Einstein Baby Neptune Ocean Adventure Gym
Jackson loves this play mat. Its so bright and colorful. He's rolling and crawling now so he doesn't use the mat with the arches as much anymore, but he still plays with all the toys and we still use the mat without the arches.
