U.S. Marine Corps Boot Camp Layouts

I started working on a book of my husband's bootcamp pictures a couple weekends ago. Back in 2004 he joined the Marines and went through the boot camp portion of it. He was in a delayed entry program where he went through boot camp and then went through 4 years of college and then he was supposed to go active. Well things didn't work out and he ended up getting discharged from the Marines sometime after bootcamp, but I know he was proud of finishing the 13 weeks of bootcamp, so I thought I would make a scrapbook of it to keep this stuff safe. We weren't together while he was away at boot camp, but his mom went to the graduation, so she took lots of pictures and he had some certificates and stuff for the book, so I went and got the Stand and Salute Cart. cause I knew it would be perfect for this. There are more layouts to come but here are the first few that I have finished. TFL.

Our Rental Car

This is another layout for our Maui Honeymoon Book that I've been working on. The layout is of the Mustang Convertible we rented while in Maui. It was very cool to have a convertible while in Maui. TFL.

A few more wedding layouts

Here are a few more layouts I made for my wedding book. I'm hoping to get it done this month. We shall see.

New Pictures of my Scrapbook Room

I was able to get my layouts hung up in my scrapbook room over the weekend, so I just thought I'd share a few pictures. TFL.

A couple more Christmas Layouts

I was able to finish up the last 2 years of Christmas last night. I decided I would just start this album with the year Jake and I got married and just do a few pages: a page of our tree that year, a page of our Christmas Card and Family Picture in front of the tree and then a couple pages of the Christmas Cards we recieved that year. So I was able to get the last few pages done last night and now I can say I'm caught up on Christmas!!! Yay!!! If only I were caught up on the wedding and honeymoon, Oh well. All in due time. TFL.
